Trip Registration Closed On April 17
The Fishing:
- Stillwater fishing from shore/float tubes/non-motorized watercraft (elec. motor ok)
- Lots of potential for many species of fish (large lake)
- Lake is stocked with White Bass/Rainbow Trout/Walleye/Catfish/Yellow Perch/Crappie/Wiper, Bluegill
- Easy access to put equipment in water
- Open lake (no shade)
- Restrooms
- Lots of parking and easy access to lake
What To Bring:
- All fly-fishing gear for a day of fishing: (float tubes/waders/boots/rods, 3-5wt/snacks/water etc.)
- Wet and dry flies:
- Wooly buggers/leeches/thin mints/copper johns/pheasant tail, parachute adams etc. bring your arsenal of flies 👍!!
- Quick storms are always a possibility, rain/cold weather gear highly recommended
- When on the water all anglers must have PFD’s (life vest), Co. fishing license.
- lake can accommodate all types of wakeless water craft
